What do you do when you need some girl time and you’re hangry? You visit your local Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers and destroy the new chicken sandwiches, order an entire thing of cheese curds, and get a custard concrete to top it all off.
We live in a society where marriage and children are markers of success. But while we may get lost in new roles and identities our girlfriends are always there. They remind us about our passions. They ask us if we’re happy and know when we’re lying. Friends question how we are doing—and really want to know.
There really is nothing quite like it. So ladies, make time for your friends, even if it is over a burger and fries, because in reality, you go together just like it. 🙂
