Blogger Brunch featuring Autumn Glory Apples

Brunch is the best meal to host your busy girlfriends since there is a lot more flexibility than at a Friday or Saturday dinner. It can last as long or as short as you like. Just relax and enjoy the freedom of brunch.

It’s even better when you can get together with girls you barely see – outside of scrolling their insta feed. We all created a dish with the main ingredient being the delicious Sweet Caramel Cinnamon Autumn Glory Apples.

I decided to make two things for our little get together. Yummy Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread and a cheese board perfectly paired with Autumn Glory Apples. Apples & Cheese = Heaven.

I first made monkey bread in elementary school on a special Friday where our teachers taught us new recipes. It was ooey gooey and delicious then, and it’s ooey gooey and delicious now! Adding the cinnamon apple flavor to this recipe really stepped it up a notch.

Here is what you need to make this delicious Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 packages Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Sweet Caramel Cinnamon Autumn Glory Apples chopped

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prep your bundt pan with nonstick butter spray (or your spray of choice).

Place cinnamon and sugar in a gallon ziplock bag.

Cut each cinnamon roll into 5 pieces and place in the ziplock bag. Also add in your cut up Autumn Glory Apples! Once everything is in the bag – SHAKE!

Place your cinnamon roll/apple mixture in your bundt pan.

Stir together brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour it evenly over your mixture in the pan.

Place in the oven for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Flip onto your serving plate and drizzle the icing over your bread.
